The pattern says it fits a baby/toddler. It measures 15″ circumference. This information is in the pattern that you can find when you click on the “here” in the 2nd paragraph of this post.

I just clicked on the “here” link, but all I got was a picture of the crochet magazine. How do I get a copy of the pattern? By the way, today is 08/31/2025.
