LOVE this pattern

Susan did an excellent job with this pattern. It is easy to follow and she includes many pictures illustrating how to do the ldc technique. I have already made 3 hats and the scarf to match. Looks complicated, but it is not. You will not be disappointed. Susan quickly answered any questions I had. SO pleased

I'm so glad you enjoyed this hat (and scarf) pattern, Carol! Thanks for leaving a review of the pattern. May God bless you with many hours of enjoyable, relaxing crochet time in the New Year and for years to come!Happy crocheting,Susan

Wiggly crochet explained well!

I really like how you take the time to explain the Wiggly crochet technique. I picked up on how you pick up 2 loops at the end of the row in order to give it more structure/support. I like that idea and have used it in some of my other crochet projects. I'm so glad I came across your site. Thank you!

I'm so glad that I was able to help you learn something new! Thank you for taking the time to let me know that my Wiggly Crochet tutorial was helpful for you! Happy crocheting! Susan

Thank you!

I didn't have time to learn this technique but wanted to save it so I could do it later. I have now saved your explanation because it was so easy to understand but so in depth about the method!

Linda, I'm so glad you like my Wiggly Crochet tutorial! Check out my newly released YouTube video on Wiggly Crochet so you can watch me do Wiggly Crochet and learn it from my video! The link to the video is in my blog post dated today, 8-17-20. I hope you enjoy this crochet technique as much as I do! Happy crocheting! Susan

Byzantine Scarf

This is a very enjoyable and well written pattern. It goes quickly because just when you’re getting tired of one step like making the motifs, it’s time to move on to the next step. It was fun to work the join-as-you-go technique which is explained and illustrated well in the pattern with photos, text and a stitch diagram. The motifs can also be joined in the traditional way. This pattern would look great in many different color combinations.
