I love jigsaw puzzles and crochet puzzle balls are fabulous! Dedri Uys has designed a lot of them (she’s a pro with these designs!). Today’s FREE crochet pattern is one of Dedri’s patterns that is available on her website.
It’s her Amish Crochet Flower Puzzle Ball. You can find this FREE pattern here. The pattern includes a LOT of step-by-step photos. This puzzle ball is made with DK weight yarn and a size G (4 mm) crochet hook.
Dedri also has an Amamani Puzzle Balls book that is published by Annie’s. These other puzzle balls are made in the shape of animals! They’re adorable!!! You can read all about Dedri’s Amamani Puzzle Balls book in the book review I wrote in my blog post last September here.
I hope you enjoy this FREE crochet pattern and have lots of fun crocheting this flower puzzle ball!
If you need a little cheering up from the weather, why not make my Smiling Face Coaster! The FREE pattern is available right here on The Crochet Architect website.
You can download this FREE pattern here. I designed this coaster for crocheters to learn/practice working in the round. The coaster is made with worsted weight cotton yarn and a size I (5.5 mm) crochet hook. The finished coaster measures 4 3/4″ diameter.
Let’s think “spring”, shall we? Today’s FREE crochet pattern is a beautiful blanket made with Red Heart Boutique Unforgettable, which is one of my favorite yarns to use because of the gorgeous colors!
This is the Spring into Summer Blanket, designed by Susan Carlson, who owns the website, www.feltedbutton.com. You can see more photos of this beautiful blanket on Susan’s website here. You can find this FREE crochet pattern in Susan’s Ravelry store here or in her Craftsy store here.
I hope you enjoy this beautiful, FREE crochet pattern!
Today’s FREE crochet pattern is perfect for springtime, since spring is technically right around the corner (next week)! It’s my Mod Flower Necklace from Red Heart Yarn.
You can get this FREE crochet pattern on the Red Heart website here. I designed this necklace with a size D (3.25 mm) crochet hook and Aunt Lydia’s Baker’s Cotton. This yarn/thread has a solid color plied with white. It’s really quite nice, and it’s soft, too! You can read about Baker’s Cotton and see all of the available colors here. Because the flowers on necklaces can have a tendency to turn to the wrong side while being worn, I made double the flowers so each flower is 2-sided. And I added a button on each side, so there’s always a right side showing!
“Top o’ the morning to you” and Happy St. Patrick’s Day! In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, I thought I’d post 2 FREE St. Patrick’s Day patterns for you today. These patterns are both by Kara Gunza and can be found on her website.
The first FREE crochet pattern is a St. Patrick’s Day Wreath with a Pot of Gold! You can find this FREE pattern here.
Isn’t this adorable and cheery?
The 2nd FREE crochet pattern is a small clover. This can be made into a pin or added to the wreath. You can find this FREE pattern here.
I hope you have a wonderful St. Patrick’s Day and avoid those pesky leprechauns!!!
I found this FREE Marshmallow Bunny pattern and I had to share it with you for today’s FREE crochet pattern! I think these bunnies are adorable and I LOVE the colors that are used!
The FREE pattern is available on Ravelry here. The designer has made many bunnies and joined them together to make a scarf. Here’s the scarf for you to see:
You could make this bunny scarf, sew these bunnies onto a baby blanket, baby hat, baby bib, etc or use them any way you choose! They measure 6 1/2″ long x 3″ wide, as shown. The bunnies are made with worsted weight yarn and an E hook (I think the designer used a smaller hook than usual to make them very solid). If you want smaller marshmallow bunnies, consider using size 10 crochet thread and a steel hook.
I hope you enjoy this FREE Easter pattern. Easter is just under 3 weeks away, so it’s time to get hopping (pun intended)!
If you’re a fan of amigurumi (the Japanese art of knitted/crocheted stuffed animals), then you’re going to love today’s FREE crochet pattern! Here it is…
This is the “Sweetheart Bunny” by Stephanie from All About Ami. You can get this FREE pattern on her blog here. This little bunny is perfect for Easter or Valentine’s Day! The pattern includes several step-by-step photos and links to more of her blog posts for additional help in crocheting in the round and more.
I hope you enjoy this adorable FREE crochet pattern!
Here’s today’s FREE crochet pattern to help you get ready for Easter. It’s an Easter Egg Coaster that I think looks fabulous!
This coaster is designed by Doni Speigle and the FREE pattern is available on her blog here. The coaster measures 4 1/4″ wide x 5 3/4″ high. It is made with worsted weight cotton yarn and a size G (4.25 mm) crochet hook. I love the details in this coaster. The wider white lines are crocheted in, while the smaller white lines are embroidered on after the crocheting is done. I think these coasters would be both fun and quick to make!
I hope you enjoy this FREE crochet pattern and have a blessed Easter with your family!
With St Patrick’s Day just 4 days away, it’s not too late to make a chapeau/hat to wear so you won’t get pinched by any leprechauns next Tuesday! If you don’t have time to make the whole hat, you can make the 3-leaf clovers in the pattern instead. Here’s today’s FREE crochet pattern: a St Patrick’s Day Chapeau/Hat.
You can find this FREE pattern on the Red Heart website here. The hat is made with Red Heart Super Saver, along with sizes H (5 mm) and I (5.5 mm) crochet hooks.
I hope you enjoy this FREE crochet pattern! Top o’ the morning to you!
