Thank you for the video overview. It was well organized and well presented. I am going to use the information to introduce mosaic crochet to our chapter guild. We observe copyright protection. I took your class at one of the COGA conventions also. Thanks again. I will brag about you.
I love your explanation and video for the thermal stitch. Do you have any video or written explanation for a ROUND thermal stitch?
Thanks!
I'm glad you like my explanation and video for the Thermal Stitch, Chaya. Unfortunately, I don't have a video or written explanation for working this stitch in the round. I think working increases in this stitch may be pretty tricky! Happy crocheting to you!
Great tutorial. Clear and easy to follow instructions. Thank you for the pattern and all the ideas. Will be making my own potholder soon. Thank you!
Interesting stitch. I usually knit potholders with 2 strands of cotton
I would like to make Thermal Potholder
Never heard of thermal stitch, I learned my own crochet many years ago
Thank You so much
You're very welcome, Jackie! I hope you enjoy the Thermal Stitch as much as I do!
I made this using just two colors of Lionbrand Lazy Days yarn and it turned out great. I am a fairly tight crocheter so I think I will go up a hook size when I make another one. The pattern was very well explained and illustrated. Easy to follow.
I'm so glad you enjoyed this hat pattern, Mary. I hope you enjoy making many more of them!
The thermal stitch made a nice potholder.
I'm glad you like this stitch and the potholder it makes so well! Happy crocheting to you, Regina!
Clear instructions easy to follow along
I was reluctant to try overlay mosaic crochet, because I HATE working in the ends, whether in crochet or knitting. (LOVE the creation, and loathe the finishing, although of course, I comply, lol) Inset crochet is fine, but since it affects the dimensions of the design by requiring additional rows, it isn't perfect. The COM technique is wonderful!! Thanks!
I'm so glad you like my COM technique for Overlay Mosaic Crochet! I hope you enjoy using it for your Overlay Mosaic Crochet projects for many years!
Susan did an excellent job with this pattern. It is easy to follow and she includes many pictures illustrating how to do the ldc technique. I have already made 3 hats and the scarf to match. Looks complicated, but it is not. You will not be disappointed. Susan quickly answered any questions I had. SO pleased
I'm so glad you enjoyed this hat (and scarf) pattern, Carol! Thanks for leaving a review of the pattern. May God bless you with many hours of enjoyable, relaxing crochet time in the New Year and for years to come!Happy crocheting,Susan
