If you’re like me and you don’t like all the ends that are created on each row of traditional Overlay Mosaic Crochet, I’ve come up with another new technique to combat those ends/tails! I call it “Back & Forth Overlay Mosaic Crochet”.
With this FREE CHART download that accompanies my YouTube video, you’ll be able to eliminate virtually ALL the ends in your Overlay Mosaic Crochet projects! This will save not only time, but yarn (which equals money)! You won’t need to cover all the tails/ends with a double border, weave all the tails/ends in or turn them into fringe. With the addition of a simple edging to straighten out the left and right edges of your rows, your project will look fabulous!
Watch my YouTube video where I demonstrate step-by-step how to crochet “backwards” stitches (sc and dc/Adc) with your dominant hand to create all right-side rows in your Overlay Mosaic Crochet project. I also go through reading the FREE swatch chart and working the edging. And I compare several styles of Mosaic Crochet in the video.
Give this new style of Overlay Mosaic Crochet a try today!
