This baby blanket pattern is easy to memorize and crochet with a 2-row repeat. Using light weight yarn, the blanket is a nice weight for any baby! Using a color-changing yarn gives the blanket visual impact for very little effort!
This blanket is made with basic stitches: ch, sc, hdc and dc (as a Spike dc). Instructions are given for the Spike dc, along with step-by-step photos.
The pattern is fully written with symbol crochet charts for the body of the blanket and the edging on the blanket.

Caron Simply Soft 100% acrylic yarn is 6 oz/170.1 gr and has 315 yds/288 m in each skein.
