What a great addition to your Easter decorating! These double thick potholders are quick and easy to make using worsted (#4) weight yarn. They’re worked in rows of single crochet throughout, with increases and decreases along the edges for shaping. Then a single crochet edging is added to smooth the edges and to form the hanging loop. With the use of 100% cotton yarn, these potholders won’t melt (like acrylic yarn will) when removing something hot from the oven.
The pattern includes full written instructions for the multi-colored potholder. A link to my YouTube video for doing an invisible join is also included, as well as my YouTube video to crochet this potholder along with me.
