FREE Amish Puzzle Ball crochet pattern

I love jigsaw puzzles and crochet puzzle balls are fabulous! Dedri Uys has designed a lot of them (she’s a pro with these designs!). Today’s FREE crochet pattern is one of Dedri’s patterns that is available on her website.

It’s her Amish Crochet Flower Puzzle Ball. You can find this FREE pattern here. The pattern includes a LOT of step-by-step photos. This puzzle ball is made with DK weight yarn and a size G (4 mm) crochet hook.

Dedri also has an Amamani Puzzle Balls book that is published by Annie’s. These other puzzle balls are made in the shape of animals! They’re adorable!!! You can read all about Dedri’s Amamani Puzzle Balls book in the book review I wrote in my blog post last September here.

FREE Cheery Crochet Coaster Pattern

You can download this FREE pattern here. I designed this coaster for crocheters to learn/practice working in the round. The coaster is made with worsted weight cotton yarn and a size I (5.5 mm) crochet hook. The finished coaster measures 4 3/4″ diameter.

FREE Crochet Necklace Pattern

Today’s FREE crochet pattern is perfect for springtime, since spring is technically right around the corner (next week)! It’s my Mod Flower Necklace from Red Heart Yarn.

You can get this FREE crochet pattern on the Red Heart website here. I designed this necklace with a size D (3.25 mm) crochet hook and Aunt Lydia’s Baker’s Cotton. This yarn/thread has a solid color plied with white. It’s really quite nice, and it’s soft, too! You can read about Baker’s Cotton and see all of the available colors here. Because the flowers on necklaces can have a tendency to turn to the wrong side while being worn, I made double the flowers so each flower is 2-sided. And I added a button on each side, so there’s always a right side showing!

FREE Marshmallow Bunny Crochet Pattern

I found this FREE Marshmallow Bunny pattern and I had to share it with you for today’s FREE crochet pattern! I think these bunnies are adorable and I LOVE the colors that are used!

The FREE pattern is available on Ravelry here. The designer has made many bunnies and joined them together to make a scarf. Here’s the scarf for you to see:

You could make this bunny scarf, sew these bunnies onto a baby blanket, baby hat, baby bib, etc or use them any way you choose! They measure 6 1/2″ long x 3″ wide, as shown. The bunnies are made with worsted weight yarn and an E hook (I think the designer used a smaller hook than usual to make them very solid). If you want smaller marshmallow bunnies, consider using size 10 crochet thread and a steel hook.

FREE Easter Egg Coaster Crochet Pattern

Here’s today’s FREE crochet pattern to help you get ready for Easter. It’s an Easter Egg Coaster that I think looks fabulous!

This coaster is designed by Doni Speigle and the FREE pattern is available on her blog here. The coaster measures 4 1/4″ wide x 5 3/4″ high. It is made with worsted weight cotton yarn and a size G (4.25 mm) crochet hook. I love the details in this coaster. The wider white lines are crocheted in, while the smaller white lines are embroidered on after the crocheting is done. I think these coasters would be both fun and quick to make!

FREE Table Runner Crochet Pattern

Here’s today’s FREE crochet pattern. It’s a table runner that I designed for Red Heart in 2012. It’s called Star Table Runner and is made with size 3 Aunt Lydia’s Fashion Crochet Thread, along with a size D (3.25 mm) crochet hook.

You can download this FREE pattern here. I think it would be great for Easter, as well as for Christmas, or all year long! I love crocheting motifs and I love thread crochet, too! These motifs are joined together at the points as you work them. The pattern includes an assembly diagram, as well as symbol crochet charts.

I hope you enjoy this FREE crochet pattern. You can even crochet one star and use it as a Christmas tree decoration, if you’d like!
